Application and initial screening

To apply for a position with us, please submit your resume, cover letter, and any other relevant documents via our career site.

Once we have received your application, our hiring manager and the team from People & Culture will review it thoroughly. We will carefully assess your qualifications and work experience to identify which candidates are the best match for our requirements. If you meet our criteria, we will contact you to proceed to the next stage.

Interview process 

Our interview process typically consists of multiple rounds, allowing us to get to know you better and assess your fit for the role. We value two-way communication during these interviews, giving you an opportunity to ask questions and learn more about our culture.


First interview

The first interview will be conducted by the hiring manager and/or a P&C Business Partner. The purpose of the first interview is to ensure a professional match, both regarding our wishes and needs for the coming employee, but also regarding your own expectations for the job. Additionally, the purpose of this interview is to ensure that you have the competencies needed for the role and to ensure that the job meets the aspirations for your first or next career step.

Focus of this interview:
–  An introduction to Søstrene Grene, your role, and the team
–  Your motivation for applying
–  Assessing your professional competencies
–  Your match with the team

If we agree that there is a match, you will be invited for a second interview.


Second interview

Prior to the second interview, you will receive a personality test and/or a cognitive test. We use these tests as a tool to create a basis for a dialogue to get to know you even better as a person. 

In some cases, you will also be asked to prepare a case. If so, you will be informed in advance. The second interview will be conducted by the hiring manager, a P&C Business Partner and maybe other relevant persons related to the position. 

Focus of this interview: 
–  Who you are (what motivates you, what gives you energy, how do you thrive) 
–  Feedback on your personality test and/or cognitive test
–  The case and your reflections 
–  Dreams and ambitions for the future 
–  Your expectations of Søstrene Grene as a workplace


 

Final steps

After careful consideration of all candidates, we will reach a decision within the specified timeline. We will promptly notify you of the outcome, regardless of the decision. If you are selected for the position, we will present you with an offer letter.
