Assistant store manager
You are responsible for the day-to-day operations of the store and for supporting the store manager in all aspects of running a successfull store. You set a high example for your team and play a key role in upholding a great team spirit. You also contribute to the daily work in the store including restocking and customer service.
Area manager
You are responsible for all stores in a given area, including the success of the stores as well as the employees' well-being. You make sure that the stores are performing well, and you are the immediate manager of the store managers.
