Store assistant
As full-time, part-time or after-school worker, you are passionate about creating wonderful shopping experiences for our customers, and you thrive in an ever-changing and dynamic store. You play an important part in making sure the shelves are always stocked and inviting. You also manage the checkout area where you greet every customer with a smile.
Store manager
You have the overall responsibility for the store. You lead the team of Sisters in your store and make sure that all employees thrive and that the store performs well. You keep an eye on the key figures and are always getting new ideas on how to increase sales. Like everyone in your team, you also contribute to the daily work in the store in terms of restocking the shelves and serving customers.
Visual merchandiser
You make sure that Søstrene Grene’s products are beautifully presented and create displays with the many new products the store receives every week. You know how to tell stories through product displays and how to make a campaign sparkle. You also contribute to the daily work in the store in terms of restocking the shelves and serving customers.
Assistant store manager
You are responsible for the day-to-day operations of the store and for supporting the store manager in all aspects of running a successfull store. You set a high example for your team and play a key role in upholding a great team spirit. You also contribute to the daily work in the store including restocking and customer service.
Area manager
You are responsible for all stores in a given area, including the success of the stores as well as the employees' well-being. You make sure that the stores are performing well, and you are the immediate manager of the store managers.
